Arriving on M42

Turn off at Junction 11. Take second left onto A444 towards Burton. After a couple of miles, you will arrive at “The Crickets” Pub. Just after, as the road bends to the right, turn left into Gorsey lane. In about half a mile, you will arrive at a T-Junction. Turn right and then immediately left. After another half a mile you will come to a junction where you should keep left. After Grangewood fencing on the right, you will come to the sign “Botany Bay”. Turn right here. After the next lane on the left (Crafty Flats) you will arrive in Botany Bay. Turn right, and again next right up the private drive and continue 500m along the track and then keep left. Spinney View Barn is then on your left down its own private drive.

If you have Satnav, use our postcode DE12 8DY. This should bring you to Botany Bay Farm. Continue on this road to the next turning at Park Farm. Turn right here and continue 500m along the track and then keep left towards Park Farm Cattery. Spinney View Barn is then on your left down its own private drive.
